We'll provide you with ample options what you can eat – with 50+ pages of delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes, and cook-once-eat-twice options. Overall, the Metabolic Reset Program is based on whole foods with clean sources of protein, lots of vegetables and fruit – so you'll feel full without cravings.
The overall program duration is 10 weeks, starting with two days of "loading phase". During the next 6 weeks, you'll go through the "losing phase" before transitioning to the "maintenance phase" for another 4 weeks (to stabilize your new weight set point). Throughout the entire journey, you'll have ongoing support through our private Facebook community, group coaching calls, and direct access to me and my time. And for those of you that want ongoing support and coaching after the completion of the program, we provide affordable options.

If you are on medication, Dr. Horton will evaluate your case to be sure that there are no contraindications. Those on blood pressure and diabetes medication will need to carefully monitor their levels since many patients experience complete normalization of their blood sugar and pressure levels. For those who are diabetic, we suggest purchasing a continuous blood glucose monitor to track their numbers.
This program is NOT for those that are extremely ill or have a debilitating chronic disease. This program is for those that deeply value their health, are highly coachable, like accountability, are responsive to positive feedback, and are honest with themselves and others.
